Shipping Policy

We offer FREE worldwide shipping! 

Shipping:  All orders ship within 2 weeks from purchase. 

Couriers We Use:  All signs ship via FedEx or DHL Express  

Tracking Numbers: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. 

Addresses: Orders will only be shipped to the shipping address provided. Please make sure your address is correct.

Phone Numbers: Phone numbers are required for the courier to schedule delivery with you.  When they contact you that means your sign is on its way! :)

Customs and Import Taxes:  Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Exclusive Pre-made Collection:
  We want you to be over the moon in love with your neon purchase (along with our 100's of customers worldwide), so in the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it in its original condition, unused, within 30 days of purchase for a money-back guarantee.  It's as simple as that! You may not use it for an event and return it afterwards.

Custom Neon Signs: Due to the custom nature of our handcrafted work, The Lovely Glass Jar cannot offer full refunds on custom signs. Instead, we offer a 50% store credit for all custom orders if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.  This is our way of keeping our customers secured.

Damaged/Faulty Items: If your sign is damaged upon arrival kindly let us know within 3 business days and please include video and pictures.  We require this for diagnostic and quality purposes.  The Lovely Glass Jar will resolve the issue immediately which may include fixing, replacing, refunding or partially refunding the product. Each situation is decided on a case-by-case basis and is at the sole discretion of the real humans at The Lovely Glass Jar.

Rental Cancellation: You may cancel your rental up to 3 weeks before your rental date. You will receive a full refund if the cancellation is before week 3. If your sign arrives defective or damaged you must email us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures of damage or defectiveness and you will be sent a replacement if available. If not you will be refunded. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Warranty

All of our indoor-grade neon signs come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty, which covers all electrical components when used properly! :)

Some of our customers prefer to have an electrician hardwire their neon signs. Please note that The Lovely Glass Jar bears no responsibility for any costs incurred when installing/uninstalling your sign. If your sign has been hardwired in by an electrician and something has stopped working, it is at our sole discretion to decide if the occurring fault is covered under our 1 year warranty.
